Our cool packs are designed to keep your turtle or tortoise Cool & Safe during their long journey from our facility to your door. Even though turtles and tortoises are reptiles they can still overheat easily in their shipping container on the ups plane and in the ups truck. We recommend that you include one or two of our cool packs with your order.
